The challenge
Creating payroll accounting is time-consuming for companies with several wage types such as monthly or hourly wages, expenses, child allowances and other monetary benefits. In addition, all social security contributions must be accounted for and all data for accident and daily sickness benefits insurance must be stored. Other challenges include the recording of performance data, the evaluation of personnel master data and payroll processing data, the dispatch of documents and data protection.
The solution
The performis payroll module is fully integrated into our ERP solution, but also works on its own. You can freely configure and expand the standard wage type master, evaluate and compare all wage or payroll data and send the payslips and statements securely encrypted via IncaMail. Thanks to the horizontal and vertical data authorizations of our payroll accounting software, all authorized users only see the personal and payroll data that is intended for them.
The functions
The module is swissdec-certified, complies with the Swiss wage standard and transmits all wage data electronically to AHV, insurers, Suva, tax offices and the Federal Statistical Office. Thanks to the managed and logged payroll accounting, no errors occur. The automated transfer of benefits data from the "Benefits recording" module and the automated posting to the "Invoicing" and "Company accounting" modules save a lot of time and reduce the error rate at the same time.

Payroll data processing is clear, all payments are settled correctly and all wages and salary statements are sent electronically in encrypted form. Thanks to the standardized wage reporting procedure (ELM), the time-consuming monthly and annual reports to AHV & Co. are completed with a single click.
