It's a first in our 50-year history: since April 1, 2022, we have been operating from two locations. In a sense, this is "back to the roots", as Infosystem was founded in Zurich over 50 years ago before we moved to our current headquarters in Wil (SG).

There are several reasons behind the decision to move to a second location. Firstly, we want to increase our attractiveness as an employer. The second location will expand the catchment area for employees around Zurich, as the shortage of skilled workers in the ICT sector is still clearly noticeable. On the other hand, we also want to shorten the distances to customers. Our customers come from all over Switzerland and from the DACH region, so a location in the center of Switzerland is definitely an advantage. Our reservation system ResSys for example, is used by many rail companies throughout Switzerland, with LEVA+ we are a software supplier for heavy goods logistics companies across national borders."
But it's not just the location in Wallisellen that is new; with Thomas Abeln, we have also gained an experienced new employee for the second office. Abeln is already our fourth new hire this year, a trend that also shows our continuous growth.

We are now renting space in the R2 Tower in Wallisellen. This offers the ideal conditions for setting up a new location, as the space can be scaled as required at any time.
