IT has changed fundamentally since 1968. We have been successful for 55 years and are as independent as on the first day because we have continued to develop. With our customers, partners such as Microsoft and Oracle and our employees. Today, our ERP, rental and transportation solutions are used worldwide. We are a little proud of this, but we are not resting on our laurels. On the contrary, we promise.
With the Austrian company Prangl GmbH, we are expanding our market presence and accompanying one of the largest companies in the European heavy-duty sector on its digitalization journey.
To celebrate our 55th anniversary, we have given ourselves a new look. We have therefore combined our previous corporate identity with fresh colors, revised all brands and given our business framework and all associated apps a modern look.
We open our location abroad. With the location in Stuttgart, we are building a bridge to our neighbors and can serve the European markets better and, above all, faster.
Simon Meyes (Head of Software Engineering) and Philipp Luis (Head of Business Development) are promoted to the Executive Board. They strengthen the management team with Samuel Schnelli (CEO), Michael Baumeler (Head of Operations) and Tobias Schnelli (Head of Marketing & Sales).
Wiesbauer is the first German full-service heavy-duty provider to rely on leva+, our innovative, smart and intuitive software solution for the rental and scheduling of resources.
We are opening a location in the R2 Tower in Wallisellen. With this step, we are closer to our customers from all over Switzerland and the DACH region as well as IT professionals from the greater Zurich area.

Marcel Schnelli is retiring after 41 years and leaving the management team.
We are completely renovating our "Zedernpark" site. The offices are large and flooded with light thanks to lots of glass. We now have fully equipped meeting rooms for client meetings or team meetings and acoustic booths for telephone calls or video conferences. At the same time, we have upgraded our IT infrastructure to improve performance and stability.
For two years, we worked with industry experts to develop leva+, our software solution with app for the rental and scheduling of resources. Our first customer is Toggenburger Unternehmungen in Winterthur.
We receive Swissdec certification for our payroll accounting.
Samuel (Development & Projects) and Tobias Schnelli (Marketing & Sales) take over the operational management from Marcel Schnelli. Both have been working for Infosystem since their apprenticeship; Samuel in Development and Projects since 2002, Tobias in Marketing and Sales since 2000.
Expansion of our performis frameworks with the human resources modules payroll accounting and employee data.
Samuel and Tobias Schnelli are promoted to the management. With the two brothers, the second generation takes over.
All financial modules, consisting of asset accounting, financial accounting, operational accounting and invoicing, receive a technological update to .NET.
ressys, now the leading software for group travel in tourist public transport, receives a technological update and is completely converted to .NET. We also launch the first ressys app for train conductors.
The Infocenter provides the performis environment with a new "hub" for all modules. All customer data, contacts and documents are stored centrally in the Infocenter.
With performance and working time recording, another module complements the performis environment.
Michael Baumeler, a systems engineer at Infosystem since 1995, is promoted to the management board.
We develop performis®CRM. The modular CRM system synchronizes information with Microsoft Office, performis® ERP and all e-mail programs.
We develop ResSys, the leading Swiss reservation system. Our first customer is the Rhaetian Railway.
We develop our ERP system. Today, the merchandise management, purchasing processing and sales processing modules are part of performis® CRM and performis® ERP.
We develop our first service recording system. Today, the service recording module is part of performis®ERP and is also available as an app.
We move from Konstanzerstrasse 80 to Bronschhoferstrasse 31 in Wil and move into our "Zedernpark" location, where we are still at home today.
We develop our first payroll accounting system. Today, the payroll accounting and personnel information module is part of performis®ERP. At the same time, the age of Windows begins and Infosystem is one of the "early adopters" of Windows 3.0.
With "Flow", Infosystem develops its own programming language for HP 3000, always with a strong focus on programming efficiency. Long-standing employees often think back to this time with a smile and a tear in their eye.
We are moving from Zurich to Wil at Konstanzerstrasse 80.
Marcel Schnelli joins Infosystem and at the same time takes over the management and thus the operational responsibility.
We develop our first standard financial solution. Today, the financial accounting module with accounts payable and accounts receivable is part of performis.
First contact from Marcel Schnelli: Infosystem simulates Siemens on an HP 3000 for Angst + Pfister.
The first minicomputers (not to be confused with today's PC) come onto the market. Through a rather coincidental partnership with HP, Infosystem receives various orders, as only a few programs can be written for it.
Rudolf Sulzer founds Infosystem AG in Zurich. Rudolf Sulzer, a pioneer of his time, writes a simulation for the replacement of a Ramac with an IBM 1401 as one of the first Infosystem projects.
